Open Gym

You've got goals, we've got equipment. This is your time to work on whatever you like. 

A coach will always be there to answer questions and help with technique. Just ask!

CrossFit Light

The best way to get started. These classes use all the concepts of CrossFit, but with lighter weights and more focus on cardio and conditioning.

Instruction for all exercises are provided in every class by the coach.

Private Coaching

Don't want the group setting? Private coaching sessions will be structured to meet your specific goals. You tell us what you want to achieve and we do the rest!

Great for weight loss, building strength, and general fitness.

Want to bring a friend? Ask about our group rates.


Don't need (want) to do the cardio? This is your class! This class will focus on a major lift (bench press, squat, deadlift, etc.) and accessory moves to increase your strength. 

Instruction for all exercises are provided in every class by the coach.
