In teams of 2, using a deck of cards, complete all reps for time

Hearts- Push Ups

Diamonds- Med. Ball Sit Ups (20/14#)

Spades- Jump Squats

Clubs- Med. Ball cleans (20/14#)

*One partner completes each card. Alternate back and forth. Aces are 15
