Strength:

Warm Up- 15 Hollow to superman rolls

Strict knees to elbow- 5x10

Metcon:

Every 3 minutes

2 rounds

10 Push Press (75/45#)

10 KB Swings (53/35#)

Add 2 reps each round. Continue until the reps can’t be completed in 2 minutes. 15 min time cap.
