Find a new snatch 1 RM

Metcon:

Deck of cards

In teams of 2, complete as many cards as possible in 15 minutes

Spades- Deadlift (185/105#)

Clubs- HR Push Ups

Diamonds- Burpees

Hearts- Jump Squats

Alternate cards with your partner
