800m run with a partner (20/14).

You must carry 1 med ball per team. Only the partner without the ball can run. The partner with the ball has to throw the ball forward to their partner then run forward and receive the ball. If the ball touches the ground, each partner must complete 10 air squats before continuing (One partner has to hold the ball)
