Strength:

C2B Pull Ups- 4x8 – Continue sets of 8 until reps can’t be completed unbroken

Metcon:

Every 3 minutes complete,

2 rounds of

10 Push Presses (95/65)

10 Pistol Squats (5 each leg)

Add 2 reps every 3 minutes and continue until the reps can’t be completed in 3 minutes
