Warm up: Snatch Grip Press- 3x5 (45/35#), Narrow grip OH Squats x 15, Adductor Rock backs- 2x10 each leg

Snatch Balance- 6x1 Start @ 65 Snatch 1RM

Squat Snatch Off Blocks (Above the knee)- 5x2 @ 65-70%

CrossFit Light:

22 min AMRAP

25 Med Ball Squats (20/14#)

20 Knee Raises
