Warm up: Snatch Grip Press- 3x5 (45/35#), Adductor Rock backs- 2x10 each leg, Snatch balance (empty bar) x 10

Power Snatch + Hang Squat Snatch - 7 sets Start @ 70%

CrossFit Light:

1. Every 90 seconds x 10

1 min row

1 min DB hang snatch

2. Single leg plank - 5 x 30 seconds (switch legs at 15 sec)
