Warm up: Thoracic opener x 20 each side, Snatch Grip Press- 3x5 (45/35#), Pause OH squat- 3x5 (75/55#)

Snatch Balance- 6x1 Start @ 75% Snatch 1 RM

Hang Squat Snatch- 6x1 Start @ 70%

CrossFit Light:

10 min AMRAP

10 Wall Balls (20/14#)

10 Sit ups

100m Run/Walk

4 min Rest
