DU/SU - Double the reps for SU

Air Squats

For SU, the reps are double. Partner 1 starts on the AMRAP while partner 2 runs 200m. When partner 2 returns, switch and pick up where partner 1 left off. If you finish the round of 10, start again from the top. For scoring, 2 SU= 1 rep (e.g. 50 SU=25 reps)
