YTAs- 3x5

Hip opener- 2x15 seconds per leg

Deep Squat w/ rotation- 3x5

Metcon:

16 Rounds for Reps, with a partner

20m Box Step Up Obstacle Course (50s/35s)

Partner 1 does the obstacle course, then lunges back while Partner 2 performs TTB (Rounds 1-6) or Burpees (Rounds 7-12). Switch when the step up course is completed. Your score is total TTB and burpees between you and your partner.
