Quarantined or business as usual? Keep moving!

Most of our daily routines are being interrupted for the next few weeks. Many of us will not have access to a gym, but that's no excuse to not workout! We will be posting at home workouts everyday for the next few weeks that require little to no equipment. Most of these workouts will be light, so let's keep that intensity up!

Let's keep each other motivated! Post your scores, post other workouts you're doing and hopefully, we'll be back before you know it!

If you are looking for a challenge that is fun and rewarding, this is the place. The welcoming and knowledgeable coaches push you while making sure you are lifting safely with proper form.
