We are all spending a lot more time at home and may have limited options for meals. Here's an easy way to make sure we aren't going totally off the rails with our nutrition.
Try to eat at least 5 different types of produce everyday. That way we can be sure we're getting a variety of nutrients and hopefully curbing that boredom hunger.
This is a great way to stay disciplined at home, but hopefully it will create a habit that extends beyond our quarantine.
With all the uncertainty right now, remember, control what you can control. Despite the inconvenient circumstances, I hope everybody is still working hard to Move well, Eat clean, Be happy!
