4 Bear Sit ups, as slow as possible - No weight

Balance on your left foot- 10-30 seconds
Balance on your right foot- 10-30 seconds
For the balancing, pick a time that is attainable for you and DEFINITELY do it barefoot. Rest as needed between exercises.
