10 RFT

10 Lateral Jumping Squats

20 DB Hang Snatch (50/35) - 10 each arm


For the jumping squats, start with the DB on the floor next to you, squat, jump or step, sideways over the weight, and repeat. 1 squat + 1 jump/step = 1 rep. If your ceiling is too low for hang snatch, switch to hang clean.

No Equipment Needed!

10 RFT


10 Lateral Jumping Squats - Over a pillow, a pencil, etc. Anything you won't trip over. Preferably no children or pets.

7 Walk Outs


For the walkouts, begin standing, walk into a plank position and then return to standing.
