Partner Workout! Grab your quarantine buddy or video call your gym buddy!

Deck of Cards! Alternate cards with a partner until you complete the whole deck. If you don’t have a partner, you can do the whole deck or complete as many cards as you can in 13 minutes. J=11, Q=12, K=13, A=14

Equipment Needed!

Spades- Goblet Squats (50/35)

Clubs- Sit Ups

Hearts- Hang Snatch (50/35)

Diamonds- Burpees

No Equipment Needed!

Spades- Odd Object Squats - Use a grocery bag, back pack, suitcase, etc.

Clubs- Sit Ups

Hearts- Odd Object Ground to Shoulder

Diamonds- Burpees
