Metcon:

No rest between exercises. Try to keep the intensity high since you’ll get a minute to rest. Use a weight that will allow you to keep your elbow locked out during the Turkish Sit Ups. Here’s a video explaining them.

1 min Turkish Sit Ups - Switch arms as needed

1 min Box Step Ups - Use what you have, bench, steps,

1 min Jump Rope

1 min Rest
