Metcon:

Today, we have a mini chipper for you. Find something you can jump or step all the way over. No touching the top! The OH squats will be very challenging. Keep the weight light and try to hit full depth.


Equipment Needed

For Time


40 Box Jump ‘All The Way’ Overs - Use a box, stack of weights, small stool, pillow, etc.

40 Burpees

40 Single Arm DB OH Squats - Switch arms as needed

40 Sit Ups


No Equipment Needed

For Time


40 Object Jump ‘All The Way’ Overs - Use a box, stack of weights, small stool, pillow, etc.

40 Burpees

40 Single Arm Odd Object OH Squats - Use a can of paint, laundry detergent, milk jug, etc.

40 Sit Ups
