Deadlift- 4x5 - 5 seconds up, 5 seconds down
If you’re using a bar, go with ~40% 1 RM. It’s ok if the weight feels a little light. Focus on keeping the bar close and keeping your knees out of the way. Add time, not weight if it's easy.
Big sets, but this should move pretty quickly. For the Russian Twists, try to keep your feet off the ground for as many reps as possible. Modify by leaving your feet on the ground. Make sure you touch the ground with your weight/object! If you have space and a sturdy wall, try the wall walks. If not find something to press overhead and sit on a bench, chair, or the floor.
Step Ups - Use a weight if you like
2 Wall Walks or 10 seated DB Presses (5 per arm) after each round
Russian Twists - Grab anything that weighs 5-20lbs and isn’t fragile
Lunges - Use a weight if you like
2 Wall Walks 10 seated Odd Object Presses after each round
