Sorry legs, this one is gonna burn! Lots of squats so make sure you warm up those quads and calves. Now the question you all probably have is what the heck is a reverse burpee?! It’s just what it sounds like. You’re going to bend your hips and knees, sit on the ground, lay down, and then stand back up. To modify, just use your hands as much as you need to move from standing to lying down and back to standing. Check out the video if you’re still unsure.
