If you don’t have a pull up bar but have a squat rack, put a bar in the rack and do pull ups with your feet on the floor. If you don’t have either, substitute 10 Bent Over Rows with DBs or a barbell. If you need a refresher on rows, check out the video.

No Equipment Needed!

20 min AMRAP

10 Odd Object Bent Over Rows - Use water/milk jugs, bag of bird seed, back pack, suitcase, etc.

15 Push Ups

15 Lateral Jumping Squats - Over a pillow, a pencil, etc. Anything that is not living and you won’t trip over! Step Over if you need to.
