Metcon:

20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest. There are lots of free apps for tabata timers if you don’t have one. Make sure you warm up all the moves. Modify hollow rocks to hollow hold or sit ups. For the strict press, do the reps on the R on odd rounds, L on the even rounds.
