Pace yourselves in the early rounds because they are going to move quickly and feel easy. The real workout begins after the round of 6. A good goal for most is to get through the round of 12. You can use one DB or 2, up to you. Focus on warming up/stretching out your calves/ankles and hips.

Add 2 reps to the DB moves after each round.

30 Line Hops - Put a piece of tape on the floor and jump sideways over it. 1 jump=1 rep

4 Odd Object Power Cleans

4 Odd Object Front Squats

30 Line Hops


Add 2 reps to the cleans and squats after each round.
