Low intensity today. If you go single arm for the OH hold, make it a weight you can go all 30 seconds with. For the wall sit, hips and knees should be at 90 degrees and no hands on the thighs. If you need to modify the 6 inch hold, put your hands, palm down, under your hips to make it easier.
