Pick a number of V Ups you can maintain throughout the workout. Modify to leg raises if needed (Lie on your back with something sturdy behind you to hold onto. Then raise your legs as high as you can and control them back to the ground). For the pistol squats, pick a number of reps you can maintain. You can modify them by squatting to a chair or box. Switch to split squats or lunges if needed.
