Finally a nice day! You know what that means, RUNNING! It’s a relatively short distance so push the pace a little. If you’re not sure on distance for the lunges, make it 30 reps. Add a weight if you want more of a challenge. I am still going to have a virtual class so I can answer questions on scaling and get everybody warmed up beforehand and we’ll regroup once everyone is done.
200m Run - If you’re not sure on distance, run/walk for 1 minute
30m Walking Lunge
20 Push Ups - Modify to 10 if needed
