Posting early to give everyone a little heads up. Not that anybody has plans anyway! Brittany and I will be heading to the Emmaus Community Park at noon Sunday to do this workout. Come join us from at least 6 feet away!


If you can’t measure out 400m, it should be 2-3 minutes of running/walking. Push the pace on the second round of burpees. You’re going to get some rest!
