We’re working out again at the Emmaus Community Park, but a little earlier this time. 10:30am, if anyone wants to join. Bring your own weight/object!

Metcon:

Since they are new, warm up some deadlifts and stay light if needed. You should get a ton of reps, so pick something that will allow you to keep a good pace throughout. Shoot for ~ 1 round/per minute.

Equipment Needed

3 min AMRAP x 5

9 Single Arm DB Deadlifts - Switch arms as needed. Go as low as you can while keeping your back flat. You don't have to touch the floor.

8 Alternating DB Hang Snatch - 4 per arm

3 20m shuttle Runs - 10m out 10m back

Rest 1 minute between AMRAPs and pick up where you left off.

No Equipment/space Needed

3 min AMRAP x 5

9 Odd Object Deadlifts

8 Odd Object Lunges - 4 per leg

15 Mountain Climbers

Rest 1 minute between AMRAPs and pick up where you left off.
