We’ve got a challenge for you guys today! You’re going to start every minute with 5 burpees and then do as many alternating clean and jerks as you can for the rest of the minute. You’re done when you hit 100 total clean and jerks. The DB should touch the ground between reps. Decrease the burpee reps if they are taking longer than 30 seconds.
