Pedal to the metal today! You don’t have to alternate hands, but split each set evenly from left to right. Pick a weight that allows you to consistently hit sets of 7-10. If you need to scale the sit ups, just cut each round in half. If you don’t have anything to use for a weight, make it 30-25-20-15-10 Push Ups.
