Pick a weight where you can complete both carries without stopping. Focus on keeping those abs tight throughout the carries. If your legs are feeling good, add a little weight to the lunges. For a lot of us this will be a little lower intensity as we recover from Murph. Find something around the house to carry if you don’t have weights.
