Metcon:

Use 1 DB or KB (or barbell!) and switch hands as needed. For the push jerk, you can do any variation of OH press. Shoot for ~3 minutes per round. For an additional challenge, try to do each set of deadlifts, cleans, and jerks without stopping. If you’re using an odd object and it’s too awkward for the cleans, change it to a goblet squat.

30 Line Jumps - Put a piece of tape on the floor and jump sideways over top of it
