This is going to start fast and slow down after the round of 9 so pace the first couple minutes. If you can’t do pull ups, do bent over rows with a bar or DB and scale hollow rocks to sit ups if needed. For the squats, it’s single arm and hold your weight in front rack. Switch arms as needed.
