Warm those shoulders up! You’re going to do lots of carries on this one. You can alternate arms each round or at 25m. The hops can be a step over if that’s better for you. If you don’t have a weight for swings, modify to glute bridges and jump or step over anything you can find at the house. If you can’t find anything to carry, modify to 12 Push Ups
