We’re so excited for tomorrow!! Outdoor workout at the gym at 5:00pm. Hope to see everyone there! Grab a weight you can get most of the reps unbroken. There won’t be much time for squats. If you don’t make it back before 3 minutes, treat it like 4 3 minutes AMRAPs.
