Small sets and lots of round today. You don’t have to alternate hands on the cleans, but do 3 per arm. You can challenge yourself with strict press or switch to push press if needed. It will be 4 per arm and the focus will be keeping your abs tight. Don’t let your back arch! If you don’t have a weight, grab something to hold and do squats instead of cleans and push ups instead of strict press.
