It’s a barbell complex!!!!!!! Ok, that might have been just one too many exclamation marks, but I’m sure those of you with bars are smiling ear to ear. If you don’t have a bar, this is very easy to modify. With a DB, it’s 4 total hang cleans, 6 STOH (push press or push jerk) per arm, and then hold the DB on your shoulder for the squats. You can even hold the DB with both hands across the back of your shoulders to make it feel like a back squat if you like. For the jumps, jump/step over your DB or something else around the house. Pick up where you left off after each AMRAP.
