Rain or shine outdoor workout at 9am Saturday. If it rains, we won’t be using any weights, but we’ll still get a great workout in. If you haven’t returned equipment yet, we’ll be at the gym from 8:30-12pm. Please let me know if you can not make it at that time.

For the workout, a 10m shuttle run is 5m out and 5m back. If you don’t have a weight, grab something from home to squat with. The rows are 5 per arm.
