Lots of reps, but this should move pretty quickly. If you’re doing barbell rows, pick a weight that will make 30 reps a challenge. If you don’t have a barbell, make it 30 reps per arm.

Russian Twists - Use a med ball, DB, KB, backpack, etc.


40-30-20


Weighted Alternating Lunges - Hold a light weight in front of you, 35# at most.


30-20-10


Pull Ups or Barbell Rows


*50 twists, 40 lunges, 30 pull ups, 40 twists, etc.
