Lots of rounds and lots of squats today! Modify the hollow rocks to sit ups if you can’t maintain a rounded back throughout the move. Everyone is doing rows today. If you’re using DBs or KBs, grab 2 or do 10 reps per arm. Make it a challenging weight!
