Clean and Jerk- 3x3 start @ 40%


Strength:

Stimulus- Low


Clean and Jerk- 5, 5, 3, 3, 2, 2, 2 - All reps are touch and go.

Start @ 45-50% of your clean and jerk 1 RM

Rest as needed between sets
