Prayer Stretch- 3x10 seconds

High Hang Squat Clean- 6x1 empty bar

Squat Clean + 2 Front Squats- 5 sets to build up to your starting weight


Strength:

Every 2:30 minutes x 10

1 Squat Clean + 4 Front Squats

Start @ 50% of your Front Squat 1 RM
