•What made you want to start CrossFit?
I started CrossFit to rehab my back and shoulder, specifically to increase the flexibility of my shoulder and strengthen the muscles that support my back and shoulder. Also, Linda, my wife, has indicated to me many times how much she likes coming to Free Will especially the early morning class. She enjoys the friendly atmosphere that you and Brittany have created.
•How long have you been a Member?
•What accomplishments are you most proud of?
Walking through the door every week is the accomplishment that I am most proud of!!! The main reason is that before I started, I had to walk with the aid of a walker. So, I appreciate every morning that I can walk into Free Will to work out.
•What keeps you coming back to Free Will?
The friendship with the other members, coaches at the early morning classes, and the progress that I see each and every week. Dave and Chris are very engaging coaches and do a great job explaining the expectations of each move. They understand the challenge that each person faces and encourages them to do their best.
•What are your favorite and least favorite exercises?
Favorite-Push-ups because when I started I could not do one push up due to my shoulder…Least favorite is Burpees because Linda dislikes them so much, now they have become my least favorite.
