•What made you want to start Crossfit and how long have you been a member of Free Will CrossFit?
I started CrossFit the year that I stopped gymnastics. I needed something to do to keep me in shape. I think I have been a member for about 2 ½ years.
•What accomplishments are you most proud of?
I can do double unders, maybe 75% of the time, which is something I couldn’t do when I started.
•What keeps you coming back to Free Will Crossfit?
The people - that is the first thing that comes to my mind. But when I think about it more, it is good for me to do more than just running.
•What’s your least favorite exercise?
Favorite - handstand walks
Least favorites - I have a list, but here are a few: snatches, low ring muscle ups, burpees and wall balls.
