Rehabbing Elbow Pain

Pain on the inside of your elbow is a common problem for people that workout or work with their hands and can be a challenge to rehabilitate. While rest can help, a lot of research supports the use of exercise to alleviate the pain. Exercise is medicine! Who knew?

I’m going over 3 versions of the same move. Number 1 should be used if you’re experiencing significant and consistent pain. If not, try number 2 or 3. The key is moving slow and doing them everyday. Happy Tuesday!
