Shin Splints

Today I’m talking about shin splints, how they happen and how to fix them. There are 2 groups of people, those that have experienced them just a handful of times and those that suffer from them chronically.

I’m going to show you how to alleviate some of that pain with a LAX ball and explain how your running technique may be the cause of your pain.
