Today’s tip is a subtle technique change that will save your back. We all know that the more you use a muscle, the quicker it tires out. When it comes to kettlebell swings, we want to find moments where we decrease the demand on the back, so we don’t get too sore, tired too fast, or end up with pain. This all comes down to timing.
