Why we suck at making goals!

Whatever your goals may be, make sure that are specific and include a plan to get there.

Spoiler alert 🚨 the plan is just smaller goals!

The smaller goals make it easier to stay on track and it gives us little checkpoints to see our progress. The motivation alone from hitting all these small goals will do a lot to move you towards that big goal.

Just keep moving, no matter how small the steps.
