Exercise has always been a part of my life since my early high school years.  I biked, hiked, ran, did step aerobics, lifted weights at gyms - and at home.  In the gym setting,  I found myself waiting for equipment use, staring at TVs mounted on the wall, watching the guy next to me flex in the mirror,  scrambling to find the right lifting regime all to be unmotivating.  Once we had our own house and young kids running around, I didn’t have the time to spend hours at the gym so I set up a space in my house to work out.  I remained dedicated to exercise,  however, even watching videos, reading lifting books and working out daily, I was not getting the results I wanted.  Additionally working out alone was not motivating when it came to pushing myself which then failed in muscle and cardio progression.  Then a life changer for me - I discovered there was a Crossfit in my community.  A co-worker told me about how Crossfit works and I was immediately hooked.  As I am approaching my 5th year as a member at Free Will Crossfit, I am loving the results, the camaraderie, motivation, personal coaching, and the atmosphere of Free Will Crossfit.  I have surpassed goals and set new ones.  It never gets old and I love to come and work out each day and it doesn't require hours to do so!  I enjoy seeing and meeting people in this crossfit community coming in to improve their lifestyle and personal fitness. Free Will is a unique group of people and coaches.  I have met wonderful people here and admire everyone's commitment and encouragement to support one another and cheer one another one - sharing sweats - the "you got this"  -  the laughs and the pains to get the gains!   I am  thrilled to say upon joining Free Will I have achieved my long time awaited muscle growth and endurance.  I just wish I would have discovered Crossfit earlier.   I am grateful for the coaches seeing how I can achieve more and pushing me to do so.  They have helped me become more efficient in my running and rowing and getting the most of each exercise movement.  My ultimate goals in fitness are staying on the heels of my 17 and 19-year old sons, maintaining the strength and endurance to summit any mountain of choice, and of course -obtaining  kick-ass toned arms and washboard abs (anything is possible!)
