September Member of the Month - Linda

 She’s been a member since before we took over and there’s no sign of stopping! Her positivity is infectious and she’s consistently one of the hardest workers in the room. If you don’t believe me, maybe you missed her doing extra sit ups and planks after the workout is over, while the rest of us are just trying to breathe. Here’s what she had to say about Crossfit⬇️


“A friend introduced me to crossfit in 2013 and I’ve been hooked ever since! It truly is a functional fitness workout and it’s helped me in activities such as hiking and doing yard work. Alex introduced us to the Lurong Nutrition Challenge. I was so proud of the results I accomplished, placing second nationwide in the women’s master division, transforming my body, and learning nutritionally what worked for me. My next goal is to compete again in the Festivus Crossfit Games.”
